Arnold holds an MBA from the University of Applied Sciences at NCOI, degrees and accreditations in finance (London Business School), marketing and sales (NIMA), and electric engineering, and is a certified Scrum master (PSM), Agile leader (PAL), and Solution Selling (PSI) practitioner. He speaks fluent Dutch, English, German and conversational French.
Outside work he enjoys the outdoors with his wife Caroline and brown Labrador Retriever Storm. Other activities include travel and adventure, photography, music, golf, cycling, sailing, studying everything from science to history.
